We only offer full refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’re happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preferences regarding fit, color, or style.
